(Not recomended) Crowe Edward E Dr

I certainly wouldn't recomend this eye doctor to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I paid him $85 to examine my eyes. Then I ordered the lenses which he had prescribed to be put into a pair of frames which I already owned, at a cost of $289. But the new glasses were a big disapointment because I couldn't see as well with them as I could with my older ones ( I had 4 other pairs of older glasses and my vision was much better with any of them). I went back to Dr. Crowe and without him actually checking the glasses he instantly informed me that it was my frames that was causing the problem. So upon his trusted advice I purchased a new pair of frames at his shop for another $86.. And later there was no still difference in the new glasses, they were just as bad as the first ones. I still couldn't see as well with them as I could with my older ones. I tried calling his shop for 3 weeks to get Dr. Crowe to take another look at the new glasses and to help me with my problem, but to no advail. He seemed to have no interest in helping me whatsoever. I guess it was a case of my no longer being a possible source of income for him. At the end of those 3 weeks I went to another practicioner and they determined that the prescription which Dr. Crowe wrote for me was not the best one for my eyes. I then had to pay another $192 for new lenses which fine for me. That made it a total $652 that I had spent, $460 0f which was wasted at Dr. Crowe's shop. .
